Gallatin Location Directions

Directions from Nashville: Take I-65 N toward Louisville. Take TN-386 North (Exit 95)/Vietnam Veterans Boulevard to Hendersonville/Gallatin, then take the 31E North/Exit 9 into Gallatin. Continue through Gallatin, and split right onto East Main Street at Krystal. Take right split at Sonic. The Southern Sports Medicine Institue is located on the left, across the street from Sumner Regional Medical Center.

Directions from Lebanon: Take I-40 West toward Nashville. Take TN-109 (Exit 232) toward Gallatin, then turn right onto TN-109. TN-109 becomes South Water Avenue. Split right onto East Main Street. Take right split at Sonic. The Southern Sports Medicine Institue is located on the left, across the street from Sumner Regional Medical Center.

Directions from Hartsville: Take Highway 25 NW approximately 15 miles. The Southern Sports Medicine Institue is located on the right, across the street from Sumner Regional Medical Center.

Directions from Carthage: Take Highway 25 NW approximately 35 miles. The Southern Sports Medicine Institue is located on the right, across the street from Sumner Regional Medical Center.

Directions from Kentucky: Take US-31 West to Gallatin. Approximately 1 mile past the city limit sign, turn left onto East Main Street. The road ends at Hartsville Pike. The Southern Sports Medicine Institue is located on the left, across the street from Sumner Regional Medical Center.

Portland Location
Our Portland location is within the Maurice Collins building located behind Ace Hardware, next to Farmers Bank.
